Return & Refund

Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund—no questions asked. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@azro.us, and we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or damaged. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@azro.us so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item using the standard return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the preferred product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@azro.us.
